- To increase consciousness of healthy diet, ecological standards, sustainable development and balance between the nature, economy and people, through educational lectures, workshops, round tables, and scientific congress meetings.
- To value comparative advantages that enable progress in production of high quality organic food and medicinal herbs, and to create conditions for our country to become one of the eco-economy leaders in the region, with high exporting potential.
- To create conditions for Croatia to resist synthetic food (GMO, additives etc.)
- To strengthen the promotion of Croatian products by connecting producers with end consumers (tourism catering and trade).
- To enable a marketing check of potential entrepreneurs’ products.
- To promote production and purchase of medicinal herbs.
- The water and all of its springs, as a matter of strategic national interest, should stay exclusively in the ownership and under surveillance of Republic of Croatia, so its high profitability could be used for economic development.

- Including Dubrovnik–Neretva County in the network of European GMO–free regions.
- We see Dubrovnik as the main eco–tourism destination and promoter of ecological economy in the Mediterranean.
- Implementation of this project is highly significant because it strengthens the interest for production of ecologically and traditionally grown food, especially in rural areas of Dubrovnik–Neretva County. The project also:
