REGULATIONS AND TECHNICAL DETAILS REGARDING EXHIBITION AT THE FAIR
We have the pleasure of inviting you to the 23rd Mediterranean Healthy Nutrition, Medicinal Plants, and Green Entrepreneurship Fair, which will be organized this year once again by Mediteranski sajam Dubrovnik j.d.o.o. in association with the City of Dubrovnik, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Dubrovnik County Chamber, and the Regional Development Agency Dunea d.o.o. The venue of the Fair is the Hotel Rixos Premium Dubrovnik 5*, in the heart of the historic city of Dubrovnik, from 11 – 15 March 2025.
We would like to draw your attention to the following rules and technical requirements concerning exhibition at the Fair:
Only products intended for human consumption (food, beverages, teas, other herbal products, natural cosmetics, and similar) may be exhibited and sold at the Fair.
The exhibition and sale of pet food and accessories are strictly prohibited.
1. Participation in the Fair is open to legal entities, and appropriate proof of legality must be submitted. You are kindly asked to provide the following:
- An application form for participation in the Fair
A copy of company registration, specifically:
- Permission to do business with foodstuffs of animal origin, or
- The entry in the Register of business premises fulfilling special conditions or the Register of authorized premises, and the accompanying excerpt, depending on the type of foodstuffs specified.
Interested parties not in possession of the above requirements and wishing to participate are instructed to write to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Rural Development (www.mps.hr) and submit copies of this correspondence.
Note: This applies to exhibitors of products of animal origin.
2. We kindly ask all participants wishing to exhibit products such as wine or alcoholic beverages, who are subject to mandatory Application for entry into the Registry of excise duty payers, to procure permits for temporary sale of these products with the Dubrovnik Customs Office.
3. Exhibitors are solely responsible for arranging and decorating their exhibition space.
4. Exhibitors must provide protective covers for their exhibition space overnight.
5. Exhibitors should procure power cables, small refrigerators for perishable foodstuffs, and the like.
6. Exhibitors are responsible for protecting the space in front and to the side of their table with PVC protection and preventing any stains or dirt around the table.
7. Upon departure, exhibitors should leave the space clear of all packaging and surrender it to the organizers in an orderly condition.
8. All exhibitors must ensure that they do not inconvenience one another in terms of visual impact or otherwise (e.g., promotional displays, banners).
9. The organizers are responsible for the distribution of exhibitors in the exhibition space.
10. By signing the application form, it is understood that you accept the above conditions.
